What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU regulation designed to unify data privacy laws across Europe and strengthen privacy protections. It aims to ensure the security of personal data and redefine how organizations handle user information.
We are fully committed to GDPR compliance. Our infrastructure is hosted within the EU/EEA and operated by companies based in the EU/EEA. We implement robust security measures at both technical and organizational levels to protect personal data. Additionally, we sign Data Processing Agreements with all our service providers.
If you have customers in the EU, GDPR regulations likely apply to you, and compliance is required.
Our services are to be used only for lawful purposes. The transmission, distribution, or storage of material in violation of any applicable law is strictly prohibited. This includes copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise legally protected content used without authorization.
We act as a data processor, meaning we process data on your behalf. You may store personally identifiable information such as names and email addresses within our system. While we do not inherently collect user-identifiable data, any information you upload must comply with GDPR regulations.
As our customer, you typically act as a data controller. This means you decide if, why, and for how long data is stored. It is your responsibility to maintain the same level of GDPR compliance.
